Who we are

Tetraval ("we", "us") is a software studio based in Tijuana, Mexico. This notice explains how we handle the personal data we collect through this website. For any privacy matter you can reach us at contact [at] tetraval [dot] dev .

What data we collect

Contact form: the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide when you write to us.

Technical data: like any website, our infrastructure processes basic access data (such as IP address and user agent) to serve pages and protect the site against abuse.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

CAPTCHA: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes anonymized interaction signals to detect bots. It does not set advertising cookies.

What we use it for

To answer your inquiries and follow up on projects you ask us about.

To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

To measure, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

How we share data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with service providers that make the website work: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, captcha) and Mailgun (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and under their own security obligations.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Aggregate analytics do not identify individuals.

Your rights

Under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you can request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data. Write to contact [at] tetraval [dot] dev and we will respond as required by law.
